I used to play DDR in high school when it first came out, and haven't played it since. I am now 22 and picked it up again, and would like to say that it's coolness factor has gone up a bit. There's some better selections of songs in here, with artists like DJ Irene and a little bit of hardstyle sounding songs. Some of the characters look more realistic too, which is a plus. On the downside, there are still quite a few wierd characters dancing, and a couple "anime-ish" songs in here. Also, some of the backgrounds are kind of wierd, like a candyland one? There was a pretty cool one I came across though, like a visualiser. There's also some neat music videos in here. So although I would say there are some parts of it that could use some work, it seems to be getting cooler.
